	Our Cold Box is also made from an aluminum diamond plate storage box. We have insulated and undercoated the inside along with attached Chafing Dishes inside which allows you to keep your cold foods cold while preparing other dishes. The one shown is setup with 4 Chafing Dishes but other layouts can be accomplished using other boxes.
	Our Hot Box is made from an aluminum diamond plate storage box. We have attached Chafing Dishes inside which allows you to keep your hot foods hot while preparing other dishes. The one shown is setup with 4 Chafing Dishes but other layouts can be accomplished using other boxes.
	Our burners are designed for installation on a cook trailer. However, they can be setup for use on the patio if desired. Each one is handcrafted from 1/4" thick steel and use a 170,000 BTU burner with individual controls.
